Märt Ehrenpreis nominated as CEO of Proxion Estonia OÜ
Märt Ehrenpreis has been nominated as the CEO of Proxion’s Estonian subsidiary, Proxion Estonia OÜ. Prior to joining Proxion, Ehrenpreis worked for AS Eesti Raudtee (ER) as Head of telecommunication and signalling agency. He has extensive experience in the Estonian railway industry and in railway traffic control systems.
“I am delighted that Märt is now part of Proxion’s work community,” says Proxion Group CEO Timo Savolainen. “Märt knows the Estonian railway industry like the back of his hand. He has valuable knowledge and know-how which are crucial when building a new railway business in Estonia.”
During 2021, Proxion Estonia OÜ will recruit several railway industry experts – interviews with these experts will begin immediately. “We want Proxion Estonia OÜ to employ the best experts in Estonia, in addition to which we will also invest in educating new experts and cooperate with local educational institutions,” says the new CEO Märt Ehrenpreis. “It’s great to be part of the Proxion-story and to develop railway business on Estonian soil.”
